I believe everyone deserves to feel understood, supported, and capable of creating meaningful change. At times, anxiety, depression, stress, or painful experiences can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves. Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and my goal is to provide a compassionate space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered to move toward healing and growth.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I draw from CBT and DBT while tailoring therapy to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Together, we work to identify unhelpful thoughts, patterns, and behaviors while building skills for emotional regulation, coping, and self-care to help you create meaningful change.

I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, and I also support clients with ADHD, anger, mood concerns, relationship difficulties, identity and gender concerns, life transitions, trauma, sexual assault, and intense emotional distress. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, emotional well-being, and lasting positive change.
