I specialize in working with children ages 4-12 who are experiencing anxiety, are neurodiverse, navigating grief and loss as well as the LGBTQ+ population. I also provide walking therapy (talk therapy while walking) for adults who are navigating anxiety, parenting stressors, identify as neurodiverse or are a part of the LGBTQ+ population.
I build rapport with the individual, gain understanding of their family system and establish goals. I utilize integrative approaches such as play based therapy, strengths based therapy, CBT, mindfulness and family systems.
My hope is to support you through the therapy process. I aim to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship to support you in identifying and working toward your goals. My intention is to create a welcoming and non-judgmental environment, where you can explore your past and present.
