My ideal clients are children and adolescents who may be feeling overwhelmed by big emotions, struggling with social relationships, or trying to navigate school and family challenges. Many of the young people I work with are neurodivergent or process the world in unique ways, and they may feel misunderstood or frustrated when their needs are not fully recognized. These clients often come to therapy because they want to better understand their emotions, build confidence, and develop healthier ways to cope with stress, anxiety, or frustration
I specialize in working with children and adolescents who may be struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, social challenges, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands. I have a particular passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals and helping them better understand their emotions, strengths, and unique ways of experiencing the world.
