My intention is to collaborate with you, find what style fits best, and offer a navigating hand to walk alongside you through distressing times. Therapy is YOUR space, so let's connect, explore hurtful patterns, and work together to look towards the future with hope. I am a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist, as well as trained in EMDR, Integrated Somatic Trauma Therapy, TheraPlay, LGBTQIA2S+ Inclusive Care, ERP and I-CBT for OCD, and a certified ketamine assisted psychotherapist. Speciality areas are grief, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and family systems. I also offer clinical consultation in these areas.
I believe that connection is rooted in interpersonal neurobiology, somatic experiencing, attachment strategies, and creative expression.
