My intention is to collaborate with you, find what style fits best, and offer a navigating hand to walk alongside you through distressing times. Therapy is YOUR space, so let's connect, explore hurtful patterns, and work together to look towards the future with hope. I welcome all gender identities, sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds, spiritual beliefs, and family configurations. Let's chat about how I can support you to integrate experiences and recognize empowerment.
I am a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist, as well as trained in EMDR Level One, Integrated Somatic Trauma Therapy, TheraPlay Level One, Child Parent Psychotherapy, Circle of Security, LGBTQIA+ Inclusive Care, and more. I also offer Intensives with a co-therapist (four hours/day, three days, 12 hours total); three months of therapy in one weekend!
