I work with clients who have experienced trauma and stress throughout life and are struggling to live the life that they want. Through reprocessing and skills we get to start rebuilding the parts of life that are a struggle to get to the life that they want. I believe in the power of the individual and am honored to be part of the healing journey.

The human connection is at the heart of my practice. Off of that foundation I work with clients to skill build to help get through difficult moments (DBT) and reprocessing of trauma and stress through practices including EMDR.
