Now accepting new tween and teen clients ages 12–18 for short or long-term counseling and parents who are looking to support their similarly aged children. I specialize in helping tweens and teens navigate the ups and downs of this stage of life...school and home stress, shifting friendships and family dynamics, and challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to equip every young person and their family with tools to feel healthier, happier, and more confident. Our sessions will offer a steady sounding board, encouragement, and a safe place to work toward making life outside feel better and more manageable.
My approach to counseling is shaped by years of experience supporting individuals, families, and groups in schools, as well as in mental health and addiction treatment settings. I specialize in helping young people understand themselves, identify their needs, and build practical skills for success with a focus on addiction and mental health prevention.
