I enjoy working with children and adolescents and I'm working towards my Registered Play Therapist credential. I provide mostly play therapy and CBT. I have the skills to adapt to my client's needs as well. My role is to help your child process their emotions with transition, anger, anxiety, depression, or other stressor-related issues. I am here to help so you do not have to do it alone. I understand it is hard to ask for help, but I can assure your family will never be judged by me for reaching out. I truly enjoy meeting with parents to brainstorm strategies to help their child thrive, together we will create a plan.
Areas of interest are: LGBTQ and Sexual identity, ADHD, attachment disorders, behavioral concerns, trauma and separation & Divorce (no high conflict cases that require court involvement). I see clients in person, in St. Charles, & in-home in North STL County. I know how hard it can be to reach out & ask for help, but I am proud of you for taking this step.
As a therapist, I believe that everyone deserves mental health help in a safe and non-judgmental environment. My therapeutic approach acknowledges that all clients come from different backgrounds and no two children are the same.
