I support my clients in becoming their essential self. Much of the time they show up with childhood strategies, beliefs and inner wounds that limit them in their life and relationships. My goals are to help my clients become more regulated in their nervous systems, more resilient in handling life's challenges and more connected in their relationships. I do this by using the client's body to let them know what their nervous system is trying to tell them. I also help with specific skills each client can work on throughout the week. I also offer Internal Family Systems to help clients manage the parts that are getting in the way.
Internal Family Systems is a way of helping clients engage their adaptive strategies that were helpful as children but are no longer helpful as adults. Once these parts are identified the client can build a healthier relationship to the part and be more in charge of their life rather than letting their parts run their lives.
I truly believe that everyone has the potential to heal and change. I feel deeply honored to be in this profession and work with my clients. I have a lot of confidence in my ability to help others.
