Exploration and resolution of issues and challenges is a part of the call to therapy. Each of us has a spark—that inherent worth which makes us unique and valuable. Discovering or re-discovering our spark can be one of the most exciting journeys we ever take. Spark can also mean our life purpose, direction, or how we want to live in the world. We seek to uncover this spark because we know, deep down, that there is more, a lot more, than what we experience in our day to day lives. My calling is facilitating others in re-igniting their spark. My approach is simple, grounded in the awareness of your pre-existing awesomeness.
Everything we do is informed by our connections—what you hold as true, valuable, and essential. I specialize in grief, loss, trauma, and addiction work, with the understanding that our past and current difficulties, conditioning, and habit/behavior patterns will continue to inform how we act until we are able to acknowledge and heal or release them.

Free Grief and Loss Support Group - ages 15 and up
A safe, supportive atmosphere to explore the grieving process. FREE, open to those aged 15 and older. Any type of loss; no commitment to a number of sessions required. Groups are being held via Zoom at this time.
