About
**NO OPENINGS - CURRENTLY FULL** Welcome! Counseling, like life, asks a lot of you & your therapist. You can expect from me faithful attention to your needs, spoken & unspoken, to your best self, your dreams & what might be getting in the way. I became a counselor to help others BE FREE. Free from past trauma & hurts, unmet needs, loss & barriers getting in the way from you claiming and expressing your joyful self. With mindful compassion & acceptance I believe nearly all internal barriers can be worked through. I specialize in shame and depression.
I have extensive training in attachment and bonding (what took place in our early years) and abuse, neglect and trauma and how these so often lead to anxious or depressive stances in the world. Many of our answers come from better questions, especially sometimes spiritual ones.
If you want a therapist who willingly goes with you into "deep water" (spiritual and creative) then I will likely be a good fit for you! Our goal together: emotional liberation from shame, depression, anxiety and other barriers that impede your growth and joy. Let's begin.
