I believe healing begins when you don't have to work through the hard parts of life alone. My hope is to offer a safe and compassionate space where you can take a breath, show up exactly as you are, without judgment, and feel seen, heard, and supported.
My therapeutic approach is integrative because I believe that every person's story, experiences and needs are unique. I draw from a variety of approaches, including but not only, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and psychodynamic therapy, to create a space and process that feels specific to you.
I support individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic illness.
