Weekly online therapy group that uses gaming as a backdrop for personal growth and development. Our voice-only sessions are held on a private Discord server, ensuring a safe and anonymous environment. With separate groups for teens and adults, you can engage with others who share similar interests and challenges. Sessions focus on psychoeducation, group-based processing of stressors, and skills from CBT, DBT, and ACT.
