I am a culturally competent first responder counselor. My approach is grounded in talk therapy techniques, and I integrate art therapy on a client-specific basis. I work collaboratively with clients to address immediate symptoms while simultaneously exploring and challenging maladaptive patterns of behavior, providing practical strategies for effective change.
