Bryana have experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups - ages 9 and up. I work with clients who have a variety of struggles including: depression, grief, trauma, martial problems, and many more. I have experience working with a diverse group of people. So often the stigma surrounding mental health issues and therapy prevents men and women from taking the step of seeing a therapist. I want to be a catalyst for helping people become more aware of mental health and seek help when needed.
My goal for therapy is that I cannot fix you — only you can. Setting goals for therapy is accepting responsibility for your life and taking active steps to make a change. When working with clients, I utilize Structural Family Therapy, Narrative, Solution-Foused Brief Therapy approaches.
Bryana believes that every client is an expert in their own lives and each have their own story that needs to be heard. Each client have the ability to change the outcome of their story. I want to let my clients know that they are not alone in their struggles.
