If you or a loved one are struggling with addiction, I know the challenges of this lifestyle. Being caught in the cycle of addiction is hard-feelings of fear, failure, guilt, and shame. You may have tried stopping on your own, only to find yourself engaging in the same unhelpful behavior. Breaking this cycle alone is tough! Counseling may be more effective for you than rehab. I specialize in moderation & abstinence based approaches.

My passion is helping people just like you overcome addiction. You're not weak or powerless, you're caught in a vicious cycle that can be unlearned and changed. I have personal experience overcoming my own addictions and can help you implement ways to cope with urges and the uncomfortable feelings that propel you to use. With diligence, change is possible!

I provide practical and confidential phone, video, or in person addiction counseling and can help you achieve balanced living. Seeking to overcome problematic substance abuse without attending rehab or "one-size-fits-all" out-patient programs? Group counseling can be as effective, and in some cases more effective, then 1-on-1 counseling. Engaging with others in a recovery support group setting can be helpful in building confidence, establishing a sober community, and help develop perspective and motivation. Groups can be a cost-effective option to supplement counseling and a great way to get connected with others in recovery. Learn how to overcome problematic addiction and apply what you learn into daily life. Space is limited to 8 participants.
