Struggling with addiction but feel rehab isn’t an option? Leaving your family, job, or responsibilities isn’t always necessary to make meaningful change. Many people feel stuck in cycles of drinking or compulsive behaviors, often accompanied by guilt, shame, or repeated attempts to quit on their own. I specialize in helping individuals change addictive patterns through moderation or abstinence-based approaches. Using evidence-based strategies, we work to understand what’s driving the behavior, build practical skills to manage urges, and create lasting change without shame, labels, or all-or-nothing thinking.
If you’re tired of repeating the same cycle with alcohol or other habits (porn, vaping, gambling, cannabis, etc), you’re not alone—and you’re NOT powerless. I help people change addictive patterns using moderation or abstinence-based approaches that help you understand what’s driving the behavior, manage urges, and regain conscious control of your life.
Feeling stuck between wanting change and not knowing what approach fits? You don’t have to choose between doing nothing and going to rehab. I provide discreet counseling focused on moderation or abstinence, harm-reduction and real-life change. If you're ready for honest support and a balanced path forward, I invite you to reach out today.

Groups
Weekly Addiction Support
Seeking to overcome problematic addiction without attending rehab or "one-size-fits-all" out-patient programs? Group counseling can be as effective, and in some cases more effective, then 1-on-1 counseling. Engaging with others in a recovery support group setting can be helpful in building confidence, establishing a sober community, and help develop perspective and motivation. Groups can be a cost-effective option to supplement counseling and a great way to get connected with others in recovery. Learn how to overcome problematic addiction and apply what you learn into daily life. Space is limited to 8 participants.
