About
I offer over 20 years' experience in Mental Health and Substance Use treatment services providing direct care across many settings & populations including adults, children, families and couples. While my style is based on presenting goals, attention to mindfulness, personal strengths and narratives are strong foundations to our work. I see people as being expert in themselves and want to honor their experiences in life to help guide treatment. I have success working with interpersonal and family issues, trauma, addiction, substance use, anxiety, depression, anger management, parenting, and crisis intervention.
Regardless of the therapy style used, I make every effort to integrate mindfulness, transparency, and a systems perspective into all the work I do. I have found that including these ideas in treatment helps clients foster a greater sense of self efficacy and competence with whatever concerns or problems they come to work on.
I look forward to our conversation that will help guide you in the direction that best suits your desired outcomes and needs. I have availability evenings throughout the week and Saturday morning via TeleHealth.
