Each person’s story has successes and struggles, and I believe every individual has what it takes to find healing and growth. As an Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed therapist, my efforts focus on accessing that healing and growth by exploring underlying beliefs, wounds, and fears that get in the way of you feeling connected with yourself and the important people in your life. Much of my work focuses on helping individuals struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, low self-esteem, complex and childhood trauma, and compulsive sexual behaviors, like pornography use.
I see my role as a guide for you as you navigate the difficulty of these struggles since none of us can overcome our challenges on our own. EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapy is also a form of trauma treatment I can walk you through in processing trauma and pain from your past.
