About
Exclusively telehealth/virtual. Accepting new clients. I HELP people. Whether your relationship is in turmoil or you are experiencing depression, anxiety, or grief. If it's helping your child with behavior/emotional issues, or any other health/emotional concern. I have 15 years experience helping families and individuals navigate through the storms of life. I can help you do the same. I believe in giving clients (you) practical/useable tools that will help you overcome the worst that life can throw at you and enrich your life when the sailing is smooth. It's time to invest in you and your relationships via therapy.
I also specialize in helping couples adapt to the twenty-first century's relationship expectations. Relationships have changed dramatically but many of us are playing catch up. I work with "on the brink" couples struggling with where they are and I help them get to where they want to go. I can provide teletherapy sessions to geographically distant clients.
I use evidence-based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy interventions matched with Relational Life Therapy in order to provide innovative and effective tools my clients can use. These tools are helpful in treating relationship and family issues, ADHD, behavior problems, depression, anxiety, , and an array of other psychological and emotional health concerns.
