My approach to therapy is collaborative and non-hierarchical. I believe that every person has an inner healing wisdom, or a natural drive towards wellness. My goal in therapy is to co-create an environment with you where you can navigate barriers towards expressing that inner wisdom. The main approaches that I draw from are: ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Transpersonal Psychology, mindfulness, and Brainspotting. I believe that therapy is useful not only for those who are struggling, but also for those who want to enrich their lives by understanding more about themselves and the world around them.
