I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1995. I have had a private practice since 2002. I work with couples, families, and individuals from 12-90 years of age. I work with a variety of issues including marital struggles, communication problems, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and pornography addiction. I am up beat and work from a solution-focused perspective.
I have a solution-focused approach with a positive focus on the client's goals. I use some of the traditional family therapy techniques to help families communicate and get along better. I also work with teen issues as well as other general mental health issues (e.g., depression, anxiety).
