Together, we will cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness to drive positive change in your life. I tend to focus on identifying maladaptive patterns in thoughts and coping strategies, understanding where these patterns stem from and what maintains them, and exploring more sustainable, affirming approaches. Often times this means examining attachments and ruptures in early development to consider how they continue to present in day-to-day life.
I tend to emphasize relationship building & developing a good rapport, believing that establishing a trusting, judgment-free connection allows you to get the most out of our time together. I work from an integrative & client-centered theoretical approach, choosing techniques from various frameworks based on what's most appropriate for your individual goals.
Together we will explore a variety of interventions to help you attain greater self-knowledge, overcome self-limiting behaviors, and to face barriers in achieving your goals.
