My practice focuses on individuals navigating relationships, sexuality, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. Informed by a holistic, psychodynamic framework, I prioritize a genuine therapeutic relationship with empathic conversations aimed at fostering insight, understanding, and growth. I primarily work with men's mental health, the LGBTQ community, and trauma/PTSD.
I have clinical training and experience in psychodynamic psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, and trauma-informed psychotherapy. Together we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, bridging connections between your past experiences to present challenges to facilitate meaningful change.
