We will work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, understand how your past connects with the present, and implement changes that will lead to a more fulfilling life. My practice is informed by a holistic, psychodynamic approach coupled with genuine, empathic conversations. I work closely with the LGBTQ community.
I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of issues including difficulties in relationships, anxiety, depression, stressful life transitions, & low self-esteem. I am a certified psychodynamic psychotherapist from the Psychoanalytic Association of NY. I also have clinical training in psychoanalysis and expertise in trauma and PTSD.
I am accepting new clients. I offer affordable and accessible therapy for those wanting to create a more meaningful and enriching life. I have flexible morning, afternoon, and evening appointments Monday through Friday.
