Communication 101 for African- American Men
African-American male have major challenges with effective communicating their feelings and many times struggle with feelings of intimacy, vulnerability and understanding their self identity. This support group helps and educates African American men to become better communicators of their feelings and helping them overcome the fear, shame and their lack of knowledge about communicating.
