Hello, I’m Bruna, and I’m happy you’re here. Taking the first step toward your well-being is a courageous decision, and I want to acknowledge that you’ve already begun your journey. I have many years of experience working with individuals, families, children, and adolescents from diverse cultural backgrounds, helping them navigate a variety of life stressors and mental health challenges. My passion is guiding and empowering clients to develop coping strategies for emotions that impact their daily lives. My approach is rooted in empathy, mutual respect, and collaboration. I utilize strength-based interventions along with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). . I also provide advocacy, behavior management, skill-building in a nonjudgmental, supportive space.
