As a retired Army counselor, I bring a wealth of experience to the table, having received my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Maine. My career in the mental health field started in 1979, and I hold multiple licenses as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Certified Clinical Supervisor.
I am ready to work with you to start your journey to resolve/deal with your problems. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, CBT, DBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. While trained in EMDR I do not offer it via telehealth any longer. Let's work together to address whatever mental health related problems you struggle with.
