I am a well experienced therapist and enjoy working with adults on a wide variety of concerns. I work with adults of any age who seek their niche personally and their comfort zone in relationships.
Living well means being able to reflect on ourselves with compassion, yet examine our motives, beliefs and behaviors in a constructive way. Developing insights into who we are and using the information to our benefit is an important part of therapy. Although I have taught diagnostics at the graduate level, I am not prone to focus on labels.
A therapist is someone who works to help you reflect on your feelings, attitudes, beliefs, behavior, and aspirations to help you grow consciously. Sometimes it is more support and listening and sometimes its more respectful challenge. It's not my place to judge but to ask you to evaluate your approach honestly and use self understanding to make progress .
