I've tried to live my life by the word "YES", which I wrote on the rear of my VW van in the 70s. As I've aged, this has shown me the way through many difficulties. I studied Psychology in the 70s, eventually leaving doctoral work to open a Stained Glass studio, and eventually obtained a second MA degree in Social Work. leading to my work here. Along the way, I've explored many different therapeutic approaches and learned how to use them to fit the clients I work with.
During our first session, I would like to hear about your most important memories, contacts, and work with you to chart our path through your 'underbrush' to a clear understanding of how you can achieve real happiness. I tend to be flexible in my approach, tailoring my focus to what a client needs and wants from therapy.
