The people I see often feel worried, confused, sad, angry, or struggle with similar feelings. Many have normal problems, such as loss of a loved one or troubled relationship. Some have major problems, such as depression, addiction, or abusive relationships. Regardless of the immediate problem, the goal is to have a richer, more satisfying life. As well as listening with care, my style is to talk openly, sharing my thoughts and feelings about your situation. I bring a lifetime of success and failure, joys and sorrows, to my work. Born in 1947, I am semi-retired with a part-time practice.
My speciality is the overlap of psychological and spiritual development, or what Maslow called "self-actualization," and Jung called "individuation," Wholeness. Mindfulness meditation as well as practices and knowledge from traditions East and West, and modern science guide my practice.
I am primarily doing telehealth, but in person visits are possible if we both agree (e.g., in your home or outside; you are vaccinated).
