About
Are you or your partner struggling with sexually compulsive behaviors, having difficulties in your relationship or experiencing limits in your ability to live the life you most deeply desire due to childhood trauma? If so, at the Center for Relational Recovery (CRR), I specialize in journeying with individuals and couples dealing with these issues to help them transform their lives and relationships.
Sex Addiction Treatment: Nationally recognized treatment model developed by Dr. Patrick Carnes, I help clients move through a task-based approach to recovery centered around relational connection and building healthy attachments with the self and others. I also work with adolescents struggling with compulsivity around the internet, gaming and pornography.
Relationships: Many couples find themselves unable to create the emotional connection they most long for with their partner. Using Sue Johnson's Emotionally Focused Therapy, I work with couples to help them identify the raw spots that need healing and to emotionally connect with one another to create hope relationally.
