About
You may be reading this because you have felt held back from your potential, struggling with anxiety, isolation, or feeling unseen. You may live with a harsh inner critic, or have a partner who can be painfully critical, or who doesn't look out for you. Perhaps you are trying to hold yourself together, or hold a relationship together.
In my work, I help individuals and couples understand what holds them back from feeling more grounded, connected and resilient. We look at emotional states you have gotten stuck in, and get to know the dynamics in your relationship.
Starting therapy can be daunting. But the only requirement is that you bring some curiosity about your inner world, an interest in getting to know yourself better. If you think we might be able to connect, give me a call, or send me an email.
