I am skilled psychotherapist with over thirty years’ experience working with adults and couples. Over the years I have cultivated an ability to provide a relaxed and trusting interpersonal connection with my clients. At the core of all therapy is the rapport between the client and therapist, so I strive to make that happen with kindness and curiosity. I provide new skills and strategies that help clients move forward. My therapeutic approach offers an opportunity where we can work together to achieve self-discovery and healing.
Therapy need not be painful often the outcome is astonishment and wisdom.
In working with individuals, I specialize in resolving issues of depression, anxiety, trauma and grief. I particularly enjoy working with couples of all ages and stages of relationships. For those more tentative about diving into relationship therapy, I have a program called “One and Done,” that offers partners a one-time intensive session.
