If you live with chronic pain, anxiety, trauma, or the feeling that stress has settled into your body and that you could use some support, Somatic work may be a great resource. I'm a body-based psychotherapist with over a decade of Structural Integration bodywork experience. We work with sensation, posture, breath, and the nervous system alongside the emotions and stories that surface, rather than relying on talk alone. I believe you are already whole, that you are the expert on your own experience, and that your body holds real wisdom about returning to balance.
Another emphasis of my work is grounded in the understanding that we are deeply interconnected. Relationships are often both the source of, and a pathway toward healing, many of our deepest struggles. When we focus on improving our relationships—with ourselves, others, and the natural world—we can enter a positive feedback loop.
I combine talk therapy with body-based interventions — including manual work rooted in Structural Integration — so that emotional patterns can be addressed at their core. Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending as much time outside as possible, being with my lovely girlfriend, and savoring the present.
