About
Thank you for inquiring about my services and treatment specialties. I have successfully assisted many individuals, couples, and families who are courageous enough to seek to professional therapeutic counseling services. Relationships are difficult at times and this issue can be compounded by mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, as well as many other idiosyncrasies of relating to our loved ones. I utilize evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy to assist clients with cognitive restructuring and focus on resolving emotional and behavioral problems which enables individuals to lead happier and more fulfilling lives.
I also have an extensive history in assisting individuals and families who are dealing with addictions,substance use disorders, and alcoholism. I have a proven track record of assisting individuals and their families, especially early in their recovery experience, avoid some of the common pitfalls that may contribute toward relapse.
