Kelly and the therapy dogs are great at creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere where you can feel safe sharing whatever is on your mind. Together, we can help you make plans to move forward in your life in a satisfying way. Each of us goes through many changes as individuals, as part of a relationship and perhaps a family. Sometimes we need help navigating those changes and making sure they are healthy. Sometimes we need help!
Kelly's preferred method of treatment is based on the needs of the client rather than on her needs as a therapist. She believes it is important to remain flexible in her approach. She can provide you with many types of coping skills using CBT, DBT, mindfulness etc. We offer virtual therapy and in-office therapy with or without the therapy dogs.

Womens Divorce/Separation/Split Up Support Group
Wednesday June 15 at 7pm The group with be self pay or insurance. It will be done on a HIPAA Zoom platform. Whether you are just beginning the process or have come out the other side but are still having trouble and need the support of other women, this group is for you. Dungeons and Dragons Role Play
Therapeutic role play using the game dungeons and Dragons with the support of multiple therapists. The group(s) will be used on age ranges and therapeutic needs. In person only.
