Adult DBT Group
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a skills-focused group to help clients learn skills in the following areas: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Originally developed for individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder, it is also beneficial for anyone struggling with difficulty managing their emotions, impulsive behaviors, unhealthy coping skills, and relationship issues. We offer 3 groups for clients to choose from: Tuesdays-12:00-1:30 pm and 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesdays-5:00 pm-6:30 pm. Facilitated by Kindra Jackel

Adolescent DBT Group
Adolescent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a skills-focused group to help teens and their parents learn skills in the following areas: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Middle Path. The skills will target specific challenges that teens face daily, including intense emotions, impulsivity, unhealthy coping skills, and relationship issues. Parents will also learn the skills to decrease family conflict and strengthen family communication.
