I am a counselor licensed in Washington state with 15 years of pre and post graduate experience. I am open and believe in unconditional acceptance and non-judgement.
I specialize in LGBTQ+ issues to include SOGIE and relationships (open/poly/asexual, etc) I focus on trauma and nervous system regulation using EMDR, parts work, and somatic/vagal attunement. I specialize in burnout both relational and corporate.
I believe in non-judgment and I will never take a side in your struggle. I am here to support and talk you through the hard things. I also hope to get you to the point, with some new tools, to not need my services over a period of time by empowering you from within.
