I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) informed by attachment science, Positive Psychology, Functional Analytic Psychotherapy, Ecopsychology and Buddhist psychology as my main approach to fostering change. For couples, I use PACT to promote care and connection between partners.
