Currently taking new clients! Is life feeling difficult right now and hard to manage? You're in the right place and I'm so glad you're taking this step! I specialize in working with youth & young adults, from tween-age to 26. I take a casual, fun and relatable approach to therapy that allows you to feel more comfortable in the space. I enjoy helping younger folks find their voice, improving communication and the quality of their relationships, becoming more mindful in daily practices, etc. I'm passionate about collaborating with youth and their families to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other challenging life phases.

My experience includes working with children, teens, and adults. I have earned this experience through work in community mental health through outpatient services and school based mental health services. Areas of Specialization include: grounding, boundaries, mindfulness, depression, trauma, anxiety, coping skills, and PTSD.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel. I want to work collaboratively with you and guide you through a journey of healing and self discovery. My goal is to make therapy productive and enjoyable for you to gain perspective and encouragement for everyday life. I am passionate about Christian centered therapy as well & will accommodate this if requested.
