While life involves challenges, I believe that finding support during these times can empower us on our path to healing. I aim to help clients deepen their understanding of themselves, cultivating a newfound sense of self-compassion. I believe in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship, as this connection can reveal to us the truth of our innate worth and wholeness. I use a person-centered approach, often incorporating mindfulness-based techniques to help clients explore their human experience with curiosity rather than judgment.
With training in EMDR therapy, I aim to help clients work through unresolved experiences in a supportive way. I am trained in Beyond Healing’s case conceptualization model, Somatic Integration and Processing, which allows me to hold an attachment and nervous system-informed perspective in understanding clients’ concerns.
