Our first session will look different than a typical session. I want to learn about you! You may have questions for me! The first session involves me asking you a lot of questions; I want to get a sense of who you are, what you are looking to get out of therapy, and what goals you may have.
I deeply value the practice of therapy. Meeting with clients in such a vulnerable space is truly my honor. I don't take my responsibility as a therapist lightly.
