You move through the world as a creative, thoughtful person, yet anxiety hums beneath the surface. Dating feels confusing, family dynamics feel tangled, and career questions keep you up at night. I also work closely with women college age and up navigating anxiety, interpersonal concerns, and life stressors. They want warmth, depth, and support that honors both their creativity and complexity.
I use art therapy, EMDR, CBT, DBT, and existential therapy. Art therapy offers a creative way to access deeper material beyond words, while EMDR supports trauma processing. Sessions blend reflection, practical tools, and direct feedback so you leave feeling supported and moving forward.
