I bring experience working with individuals across a wide range of backgrounds and mental health needs through my work in crisis and inpatient psychiatric settings. These experiences have strengthened my ability to support clients through high-stress situations, emotional challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders and major life transitions with compassion and understanding.
My background includes clinical training in diverse populations and using evidence based practices to support growth and healing. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviors while learning practical everyday coping skills.
To me, one of the greatest gifts of being a therapist is getting to hold light for someone when things feel especially dark. I deeply believe in people’s capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with hope, and it’s a privilege to witness that journey unfold in my clients’ lives.
