I provide psychological services to address a wide variety of concerns, challenges and transitions, using approaches that have been scientifically shown to be effective. I view the therapeutic process as a partnership between myself and the client. My approach is adjusted to meet the unique needs of each individual client, and I seek to provide an open, supportive forum in which to explore your life and reach your personal goals. With my support you can identify the areas of your life that are not working and make a plan to create growth, change and improvement, allowing you to live the life you desire.
I am specialized in the treatment of trauma, anxiety and stress as well as grief. I am also specialized in health psychology/lifestyle medicine addressing a wide range of health concerns that often impact mental health. I offer sports and performance related therapy. I work with individuals and couples.
My approach is client centered with emphasis on the importance of the therapeutic relationship, bringing compassion and empathy to you and your experiences. I offer an inclusive space, including serving members of LGBTQ+ community and marginalized groups. My work is interactive and prioritizes your needs and goals.
