I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern currently pursuing my master’s degree at New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire. I was drawn to therapy through my experiences working with adolescents in a residential group home setting, where I saw firsthand how powerful it can be when someone feels genuinely heard, supported, and understood. Working with teens during some of the most difficult moments in their lives showed me the importance of connection, trust, and creating a safe space for growth and self-discovery.
I believe that each person’s goals and experiences are unique, and I work alongside clients to explore what meaningful change looks like in their lives. A central focus of my work is helping individuals reflect on the question: “How can I use my strengths and abilities to move my life in the direction I truly want?”
My therapeutic style is grounded in empathy, compassion, and respect. At the same time, I believe growth sometimes requires gentle challenge, honest reflection, and stepping outside of familiar patterns. I also value humor, authenticity, and genuine human connection as important parts of the healing process.
