In my experience as a counselor, I have had the honor of sitting with individuals and couples who have faced a broad range of issues. My clinical interests include trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, life-transitions, and relationship issues. It is my honor to sit with those who are in the midst of dark moments, and help shine a light on the steps forward.

My aim is to collaborate with you to create goals and approaches that are tailored to your needs. I also believe that we are holistic beings, and I am passionate about helping individuals find health in every area of their lives. I am experienced in utilizing IFS, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and others
