I use a collaborative approach to counseling and teach clients strategies to improve their outlook on life. I have worked in many settings including public schools, church, managed care and health care settings. I am experienced working with couples and families in conflict as well as individuals overcoming depression and anxiety. I am certified as a Tony Robbins Strategic Coach and a MN Board Approved Clinical Supervisor.
I am also certified to administer and interpret the Prepare/Enrich inventory for premarital and married couples interested in relationship enrichment.
