I earned my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy in Charlotte, NC where I began my education with relationship counseling. I work with individuals, partnerships, and families. I have experience with concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, boundaries, grief, infidelity, sexuality, sexual orientation, non-monogamy, and life transitions.
I use attachment-based approaches, motivational interviewing, emotionally focused therapy, sex therapy, and Gottman Method Therapy to facilitate change, improve communication, foster intimacy, and improve sexual functioning.
