About
I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on depression, anxiety, self-harm, & trauma in both individuals and couples. I believe each session is the client(s)' time and space to bring forward current struggles or areas of life they'd like to improve. Therapy is one of the few places a person is able to authentically share struggles without judgment. I welcome the opportunity to collaborate with clients to develop realistic solutions and provide support to help clients make the changes they desire at their own pace.
I have worked extensively with adolescents, adults, and couples struggling with issues of PTSD, Trauma, self-harm, anxiety and depression. I am trained in EMDR which is an evidence-based practice for treating PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
