My name is Brooke Schultz, and I provide therapy sessions in person in West Palm Beach as well as virtually throughout Florida. If you’re here, I want to acknowledge how big this step can feel, especially if you’re someone who’s used to holding it together or taking care of everyone else.
I work primarily with mothers and first responders (and their families) who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or stuck in survival mode. On the outside, life may look fine, but internally it can feel like your nervous system never shuts off, your mind is constantly racing, or past experiences are showing up in ways you didn't expect.
I’m EMDR certified and often use EMDR to help clients process experiences that continue to impact them in the present. I also integrate approaches like CBT, solution-focused work, and person-centered therapy to support both practical coping and deeper healing. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out - we move at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating or overly clinical. My goal is to create a space that feels supportive, grounding, and judgment-free, where you can show up as you are and begin to feel more like yourself again. If this resonates, I’d love to work together.
